THE CONDOMINIUM
Built inside the Sapiranga Reserve, this little piece of the Atlantic Forest, preserves several protected trees, where the architecture of the enterprise sought to preserve and make it a great attraction. It is not uncommon to find a mother sloth and her baby walking through the trees, as well as woodpeckers, tamarins, etc... The garage is not in front of the houses, making the surroundings of these a large garden. The swimming pool located right in front of the condominium guarantees permanent sun, and lots of landscaping.

Due to the proximity of this postcard called Castelo Garcia D'Ávila, I couldn't help but talk a little about this piece of the history of Portuguese colonization in Brazil. It is possible to relive what life was like during colonization, without ever losing sight of the wonderful view provided by it. It really is worth investing a little time to visit it.
